About
The 20-20-20 rule, made hands-free for a screen you wear on your face. Every 20 minutes of screen time, look at something ~20 ft (6 m) away for 20 seconds — it relaxes the focusing muscle and is the single most-recommended habit for screen-related eye strain. Tap Start and Eye-Rest runs the whole cycle for you: a calm depleting ring counts down the focus block, then a gentle two-tone chime and a full-screen “Look ~20 ft away” break, then it loops — forever, until you stop it. Pure D-pad: ↑ pause/resume · → take a break now (or skip one) · ← stop. Counts your breaks for the day. 100% offline, no login. Power users: add ?focus=
&rest=
for custom or demo intervals.
