About
What's actually in the sky above you, right now. The Sun and Moon use Meeus algorithms (verified to sub-arcminute on the Sun, ~0.01° on the Moon, with rise/set matching published almanac times); the five naked-eye planets use Keplerian elements (approximate, ~1°, plenty to point you the right way). Set your location from presets or type lat, long — no GPS needed — and it persists. Times show in your device clock.
Features
  • Sun & Moon altitude + rise/set
  • Moon phase & % illuminated
  • Which naked-eye planets are up & where
  • Twilight / stargazing conditions
  • 100% offline — no GPS, no login
Good to know
  • Planet positions are approximate (~1°), labelled as such
  • You set the location (no on-device GPS)
  • No deep-sky objects or constellations yet
