A live render at the true 600×600 Display size. On the glasses the dark areas are fully transparent — only the bright UI floats over the real world. If it stays blank the app blocks embedding; use the link above.
About
Slack on the Display — DM previews, at-mentions, channel digests. Shell-only for now: the app screen, icon and launcher entry are live, and the empty state walks through the per-workspace OAuth flow on your phone. Each workspace authorises separately; Herald keeps only the access token.
Features
  • App installed, launchable, listed in the Social row
  • Empty state explains the per-workspace OAuth flow
  • Same translucent floating UI as the rest of the Display
Good to know
  • Backend not wired yet — no DMs or channels from the glasses today
  • Needs a separate OAuth authorise per workspace on your phone
  • Read-only at first; sending messages lands later, with explicit confirm
Data safety
No third-party sharing. Herald doesn't sell or share your data, and there are no ads or trackers.
Minimal collection. Only what a linked service needs — provider tokens are encrypted on Herald's server and never stored on the glasses.
Encrypted in transit. All traffic is HTTPS.
You're in control. Disconnect any linked service at any time from the companion.
